S257 - Appropriations Act of 2017. (SL 2017-57)

Overview: Sec. 36.12 of S.L. 2017-57 creates the State Capital and Infrastructure Fund to utilize debt service savings for the purpose of meeting the State's debt service obligations: new State and The University of North Carolina capital projects; and repair and renovation of existing capital assets.

This section becomes effective July 1, 2019.
