AN ACT TO ANNEX A DESCRIBEd AREA TO THE SATELLITE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ASHEBORO.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

SECTION 1.  The corporate limits of the City of Asheboro are extended to include the following described area:

ANNEXATION AREA 1

(Tot Hill Farm Area)

Cedar Grove Township, Randolph County, North Carolina:

BEGINNING at an existing iron rod set on the northwestern margin of the 60-foot right-of-way for Tot Hill Farm Road (North Carolina Secondary Road 1163) and located by means of the North Carolina Coordinate System at the coordinates of North 688,927.604 feet and East 1,732,125.633 feet (NAD 83); thence from the said beginning point South 59 degrees 47 minutes 38 seconds East 60.00 feet across the right-of-way for Tot Hill Farm Road to an existing iron rod; thence South 30 degrees 31 minutes 25 seconds West 328.59 feet along the southeastern margin of Tot Hill Farm Road to an existing iron rod; SECTION 4.  This act becomes effective June 30, 2008.
