AN ACT TO REPEAL AN ACT RELATING TO DISCLOSURE OF BUSINESS INTEREST IN GUILFORD COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Chapter 738 of the 1995 Session Laws is repealed.
Section 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
