AN ACT TO REMOVE THE SUNSET ON THE ACT PERMITTING THE USE OF DEMOLITION ASPHALT AS FILL.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 537 of the 1991 Session Laws is rewritten to read:
"Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification
and expires 1 July 1993. ratification."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 26th day of May, 1993.
