HOUSE BILL 655

AN ACT TO REPEAL FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF SPOUSE FOR LONG TERM CARE PATIENT STATUTES FOR THE MEDICAID PROGRAM.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 108A-61 is repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1989.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 31st day of July, 1989.
