AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE WILDLIFE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TO ENFORCE THE LITTERING LAW IN McDOWELL COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Wildlife Enforcement Officers are authorized to enforce the provisions of G.S. 14-399.
Sec. 2. This act applies only to McDowell County.
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
