GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 80
AN ACT TO ALLOW THE SHERIFF AND DEPUTY SHERIFFS OF CARTERET COUNTY TO PURCHASE AUTOMOBILES FROM STATE SURPLUS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 2 of Chapter 505, Session Laws of 1981 is amended by deleting "Cherokee County" and inserting in lieu thereof "Carteret and Cherokee Counties".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
