GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 452
AN ACT TO CHANGE THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE ON EMPLOYEE HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL BENEFITS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 135-38(a) (2) is rewritten to read:
"(2) The Majority Leader of the Senate".
Sec. 2. G.S. 135-38(a) (4) and (5) are rewritten to read:
"(4) A Cochairman of the Senate Committee on Base Budget designated by the President of the Senate.
(5) A Cochairman of the Senate Committee on Finance designated by the President of the Senate."
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
