GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 263
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE COMPENSATION OF THE CUMBERLAND COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION WILL BE SET BY GENERAL LAW.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 2 of Chapter 308, Session Laws of 1979 is repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1983.
