CHAPTER 16
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT VACANCIES ON THE MOORE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION BE FILLED BY THAT BOARD, RATHER THAN BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 3(f) of Chapter 1051, Session Laws of 1965 is amended by deleting "Board of Commissioners of Moore County" and inserting in lieu thereof "Moore County Board of Education".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
