HOUSE BILL 391

AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 130-69(7) IN ORDER TO CONFORM THE PENALTY SECTION WITH AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 7 OF CHAPTER 130 BY 1973 SESSION LAW CHAPTER 873.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 130-69(7), as it appears in Volume 3B of the General Statutes, is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 27th day of March, 1975.
