AN ACT TO AMEND G.S. 115-133.2 TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF PITT COUNTY TO OFFER REWARD FOR DAMAGE TO SCHOOL PROPERTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 115-133.2 is hereby amended by deleting in line two the words "in an amount not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00)" and inserting in lieu thereof the words ", in their discretion an amount up to but not exceeding one thousand dollars ($l,000)".

Sec. 2. This act shall apply only to Pitt County.

Sec. 3. This act is effective on ratification.
