SENATE BILL 396

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CLEVELAND COUNTY TO FIX FEES CHARGED BY COUNTY OFFICIALS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The second paragraph of subsection (12a) of G. S. 153-9 is hereby amended by inserting in line three following the comma after the word "Cherokee" and preceding the word "Columbus" the word and punctuation "Cleveland,".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
