HOUSE BILL 161

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 105-292, RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COUNTY TAX SUPERVISORS, SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO HOKE COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 105-292, as the same appears in Replacement 1965 Volume 2D of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the word "Hoke" appearing in the third line of the last paragraph thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after the day of its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 17th day of March, 1967.
