AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 109 OF THE 1963 SESSION LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA RELATING TO SMALL WATERSHED PROGRAMS TO MAKE SAME APPLICABLE TO RUTHERFORD COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 109 of the 1963 Session Laws of North Carolina is hereby amended by striking out the period at the end of Section 3 thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the following: "and Rutherford County.".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
