HOUSE BILL 495

AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Each member of the Industrial Development Commission of Franklin County, created pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 212 of the Session Laws of 1959, shall be paid a per diem of ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting not to exceed twelve meetings in any one fiscal year.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
