HOUSE BILL 438

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 784, SESSION LAWS OF 1953, RELATING TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS BY THE BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC CONTROL OF CATAWBA COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 784, Session Laws of 1953, is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of said Section, and adding the following: "or may contract with public or private agencies for such purposes."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
