HOUSE BILL 532

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR THE INCORPORATION OF A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 959 of the Session Laws of 1963 is hereby amended by striking the date "January 1, 1965", appearing in line 4 of Section 7, and inserting in lieu thereof the date "January 1, 1967".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after its ratification.
