HOUSE BILL 332

AN ACT TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF TROY IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Effective July 1, 1965, the mayor of the Town of Troy in Montgomery County shall receive as compensation for his services an annual salary of five hundred dollars ($500.00), payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.

Sec. 2. Effective July 1, 1965, the members of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Troy in Montgomery County shall each receive as compensation for their services an annual salary of two hundred dollars ($200.00), payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
