AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE GARDEN CLUBS OF NORTH CAROLINA, INCORPORATED, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SPECIAL ENTRANCE PAVILION FOR THE ELIZABETHAN GARDENS IN DARE COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund the sum of thirty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($38,500.00) to the Garden Clubs of North Carolina Incorporated for the construction of a special entrance pavilion for the Elizabethan Gardens in Dare County.

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
