AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1073 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1959 RELATING TO PISTOL PERMITS SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO WILSON COUNTY

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 4 of Chapter 1073 of the Session Laws of 1959 is hereby amended by striking out the word "Wilson" in the last line thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
