AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO BE USED TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESS ROAD TO THE KRON HOUSE RESTORATION, AND A PARKING AREA, AT MORROW MOUNTAIN STATE PARK.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) to the Division of State Parks of the Department of Conservation and Development to be expended for the purpose of the construction of an access road from Old Salisbury Road to the Kron House restoration in Morrow Mountain State Park, and to construct a parking area at the said Kron House.

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
