HOUSE BILL 64

AN ACT TO INCLUDE THE TOWN OF CHADBOURN WITHIN THE CHADBOURN DRAINAGE DISTRICT, AND TO REPEAL SECTION 3 OF CHAPTER 1020, 1953 SESSION LAWS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 1020, 1953 Session Laws is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. All lands situated within the present boundaries of the Town of Chadbourn, Columbus County, North Carolina, shall be included within the Chadbourn Drainage District, Columbus County, North Carolina.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
