AN ACT TO INCLUDE RANDOLPH AS ONE OF THE COUNTIES IN WHICH THE USE OF INDECENT OR PROfANE LANGUAGE IN A PUBLIC PLACE IS PROHIBITED.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Chapter 407 of the Session Laws of 1959 is amended by deleting the period and quotation mark following the word "Burke", and substituting in lieu thereof the words and punctuation "and Randolph."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 6th day of June, 1961.
