HOUSE BILL 460

AN ACT TO INCLUDE WARREN COUNTY WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLES 20A AND 20B OF CHAPTER 153 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO SUBDIVISIONS AND ZONING AND REGULATIONS OF BUILDINGS WITHIN THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF THE STATE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-266.9, as the same appears in the 1959 Supplement to the General Statutes, is amended by striking out in line four of said Section the word and punctuation "Warren,".

Sec. 2. G. S. 153-266.22, as the same appears in the 1959 Supplement to the General Statutes, is amended by striking out in line five of said Section the word and punctuation "Warren,".

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
